Hi, I’m Ben!

I am passionate about helping you lead to your full potential. I love helping leaders like you to clarify your calling and live it out with focus. My heart is to see you becoming more effective in leadership across all areas of your life. That begins with leading yourself well, so the rest comes from overflow. The more people who fit this description, the greater the impact we can have for the Kingdom.

I am married to Chelsea and we live on Gubbi Gubbi country on the Sunshine Coast. We are passionate about investing in leaders on the margins of society. The vision in Isaiah 61 of humble people becoming Kingdom leaders inspires us.

That's why we created the Surrender Leadership Program. The vision is to provide leadership coaching and training for young leaders from diverse communities.

I was an ordained Churches of Christ pastor, leader, and speaker for over a decade. I am a graduate of Monash University (B. Arts), Stirling Theological College (M. Div) and the Arrow Leadership Program (2017-18). I have trained in Christian Coaching in Australia and overseas and am a member of the International Coaching Federation.
